Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept exchange only for items damaged during transit.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, please inform us as soon as possible. Damaged or incorrect items are the only returns that qualify for a return label. Email us at sales@www.jaedelan.com For damaged merchandise, please email a photo. Domestic/US Customers: Returns can be made within 7 business days of delivery.
